An incredible time at Hart Bageri in Copenhagen

On July 14, I had the privilege of spending the day at the amazing @hartbageri! Learning from chef @richardhartbaker, former Tartine and Noma head baker and now owner of the incredible Hart Bageri in Copenhagen, was an awesome experience and one I’ll remember for a lifetime! I just wanted to thank everyone at Hart Bageri for being so welcoming, especially @taliarichard head pastry chef, for showing such talent and passion for the art of pastry! I cannot wait to put everything I learned in action at Lady Baker!
