Lady Baker is an artisan bakery in Pembroke Pines, Florida, founded by Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and sommelier Paula Marsola. We serve naturally fermented bread, flaky croissants, pastries, brunch, and specialty coffee. In the evening, our space transforms into LB Eatery & Wine for dinner.
Lady Baker is located at 14545 SW 5th Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027, inside The Shops at Pembroke Gardens.
Lady Baker is open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 7pm, and Sunday from 7am to 6pm. LB Eatery & Wine serves brunch Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, and Sunday 9:30am to 3pm. Dinner is Wednesday and Thursday 6pm to 9pm, and Friday and Saturday 6pm to 9:30pm.
Yes. Lady Baker offers online ordering for pickup and local delivery through our website and the Lady Baker app. You can also order catering and gift cards online.
Yes. Lady Baker provides catering for events, meetings, and celebrations. The catering menu includes pastries, naturally fermented bread, savory and sweet boards, and custom options. We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance.

Paula Marsola is the founder of Lady Baker and LB Eatery & Wine. She is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and certified sommelier, and an alumna of the San Francisco Baking Institute. Paula leads both the bakery and the dinner restaurant, and personally curates the wine program at LB Eatery & Wine.
LB Eatery & Wine is Lady Baker's sister dinner restaurant, located in the same space at Pembroke Gardens. It serves a dinner menu of pasta, sourdough pizza, salads, and desserts crafted by a Le Cordon Bleu chef, alongside a curated natural wine list. Reservations are available through OpenTable.
