LB Eatery Is a 2026 OpenTable Diners’ Choice Winner — And You’re the Reason

We have some news from the dining room: LB Eatery has been named a 2026 OpenTable Diners’ Choice winner.
Here’s what makes that mean something to us. Diners’ Choice isn’t handed down by a panel or a critic who stopped in once. It’s built entirely from the reviews of people who booked a table, sat down, ate, and then said what the night was actually like. In other words, it comes from you — the regulars, the first-timers, the Wednesday-night two-tops and the long Saturday tables.
That distinction matters to us more than the badge itself. We’ve always believed most food is built to be forgotten, and that some food is meant to be remembered. An award made entirely of remembered meals is about the best confirmation we could ask for.
It’s also a quiet correction to something we hear a lot: that LB Eatery is a “special occasion” place. The reviews behind this award didn’t come from one big night out. They came from people who keep coming back — a glass of wine after work, a plate to share on a slow weeknight, the kind of dinner you don’t have to plan a month ahead. That’s exactly who we built this room for.
I don’t make bread, and I don’t make occasions. I make a moment — and this award is a few hundred of those moments handed back to us. Thank you for remembering them. — Paula Marsola
So: thank you. If you’ve left a review, you made this happen. And if it’s been a while, consider this your reason. The table’s set.
Our bread, your moment.
